Herb Butter

Perfect with pasta and should be something you have in your fridge at all times. The secret is the herbs. The fresher your herbs, the fresher your herb butter as it combines with the essential oils and aromatics they contain.
Lemon Thyme
FOR SEAFOOD
250g butter, soft
lemon
thyme
Allow butter to soften. Add picked Thyme and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate.
Rosemary & Pepper
FOR STEAK & LAMB
250g butter, soft
rosemary
black pepper
Allow butter to soften. Add picked Rosemary and black pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate.
Mint Butter
FOR LAMB & VEGGIES
250g butter, soft
mint
lemon
Allow butter to soften. Add finely chopped mint and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate.
Garlic & Herb
FOR EVERYTHING
250g butter, soft
garlic
herbs
Allow butter to soften. Finely Mince garlic. Add selected herbs after finely chopped. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate.
