Amazing to have in your home, and a even better gift.

Combining fresh Windy Hills Farm potted herbs, rosemary and thyme with Greek feta and Australian olive oil. Perfect addition to a cheese plate or salad dish.

INGREDIENTS


  • 400g cherry bocconcini or mozzarella pearls or fetta

  • 12-15 stalks of fresh thyme roughly torn

  • lemon

  • 2 teaspoons whole peppercorns

  • 1-2 large red chilli thinly sliced

  • 3 cloves garlic thinly sliced

  • 1 teaspoon Salt

  • 1/2-1 cup olive oil

 

METHOD


  • Step one. In four medium glass jars, add half the feta and top with half of the thyme, peppercorns, chilli and garlic.

  • Step two. Add the salt and top with the remaining feta, thyme, peppercorns, chilli and garlic.

  • Step three. Pour over the olive oil until all the ingredients are covered.

  • Step four. Place the lid on the jar and give it a light shake to mix the ingredients.

  • Step five. Store in the fridge for at least 2 hours to infuse, before enjoying and giving to your loved ones as a gift.
