Salsa Verde
PARSLEY | MINT | BASIL
INGREDIENTS
1 shallot diced
1 potted parsley
15 chopped mint leaves
12 chopped basil leaves
1 tbs capers
1 tbs dijon mustard
150 E.V.O extra virgin olive oil
6 anchovy fillets
1 garlic
METHOD
Step one. Simply mix all chopped ingredients into a bowl together and season with salt and pepper.
Step two. Store in a container in the fridge, cap with oil if needed.
